High-Signal Intelligence for DSOs and High-Growth Practices
The dental industry is plagued by media pushing generic advice and influencer-driven platitudes. TechDental is the exception. Dr. Gill strips away the theoretical noise and focuses strictly on what drives enterprise value: operational infrastructure, AI governance, and capital strategy. Operating in profitability forensics, I rarely find public content that stands up to rigorous benchmarking and mathematical scrutiny. This podcast does. It consistently identifies the structural failure points of legacy systems and poor data hygiene before they erode EBITDA. If you are a private equity investor, DSO executive, or high-growth owner, stop wasting time on clinical echo chambers. This is actionable, data-driven strategy. My only critique is that the industry needed this level of operational candor five years ago.
