Most people advising dental businesses on AI fall into one of two camps: consultants who only talk about it from the outside, or vendors who only want to sell their particular software.
Dr Randeep Singh Gill brings a unique perspective. He is a GDC-registered clinician and a technical founder with hands-on experience building AI for the sector. His advice comes from inside dentistry and inside the technology, not from the outside looking at either.
His 16 years of experience in clinical dentistry showed him the industry as a system: brilliant businesses drowning in tasks that had nothing to do with dentistry, data generated daily that nobody turned into intelligence, and technology bought to fix problems that had never been diagnosed. TechDental grew out of those lived pain points.
Today he builds and deploys AI on live dental data through DentaCFO, hosts the UK's only podcast on AI in dentistry, and advises dental groups, DSOs, investors and healthtech companies on where AI creates measurable value and where it does not.
